Forums - [OferZ]: Maybe the forums should be under the Links section, as they are not a part of this site?...

Not sure.
The main goal of the site is to provide guidance and help in everything related to Go in Israel.
The Israeli forums seem to be as valuable a resource as the clubs are, for starting out, getting in touch with people etc. Even if they are not part of this site I think it is important enough to be kept on the main page, instead of being relegated to some point in the links page, which will only grow larger with time, making important links harder to get to.

As for the other forums - it seems strange (to me) to place the links to the Israeli forums here, and the important Go-discussions forum in another place, being such a huge and important forum.

What could be done is to leave the Israeli forums and the important go-discussions forum on the main page, as it is an extremely important starting point (as well as an excellent reference point), but have another page (or a section in the links page), with links to all Go forums out there. There are MANY, so this seems like a reasonable idea to me.

The Site

I'd appreciate a page about the site itself.

Some more stuff about the idea of people being able to contribute..

Some important notes on how to use wiki (I don't really know how to create a new page yet for example)
